  • PHISHING

Phishing is a fraudulent attempt to obtain your bank account information or identity details in order to take
money from your bank account, use your bank card without your knowledge or steal your identity.

Ignore any e-mails that appear to be an official e-mail from your bank, phone company, the tax authorities,
etc. and which ask you to log into your account to verify certain information or correct a problem.

If you have any doubts, contact the company using your normal method (bank adviser, telephone company
helpline, etc.) to check that the message is a legitimate one.

  • MANAGING YOUR PASSWORD

You are advised to change your password regularly, not to use trivial information or personal details such
as your date of birth, and not to save your password in your browser.

IMPORTANT : changing your password is an important operation. Ensure you do so in an environment that
feels secure. Avoid shared computers or public spaces.

  • WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PASSWORD NO LONGER WORKS?

First check that you have not made a mistake when entering your password or your account number
(identifier).

There are two possibilities:
you have made too many attempts to log into your account and even if you have now entered the
correct password, you must wait 30 minutes after your last attempt before you can log on,
your password is incorrect. You will have to create a new one. Use the « Password forgotten » link.
